Bou-K Floral ("we," "us," "our") owns and operates this website, https://bou-kfloral.com (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time without advance notice. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it, so check back occasionally.

These Terms are effective as of June 25, 2026.

2. Content on this site

Everything on this Site — text, photos, design, and logos — belongs to Bou-K Floral or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse, and to save or print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, republish, or otherwise use our content commercially without our written permission.

3. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

If you sign up for a recurring flower delivery subscription:

• We'll clearly show you the price, delivery frequency, and how to cancel before you enter your payment details.
• Signing up means you're giving express agreement to be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time — no phone call required. Just email kboufloral@gmail.com.
• For subscriptions running a year or longer, we'll send a reminder before each renewal with the price and how to cancel.
• If we ever raise the price, we'll notify you in advance and give you a chance to cancel before the new price applies.

4. Reviews & content you share with us

If we invite you to post reviews, photos, or comments, you're responsible for what you post. Please don't post anything false, abusive, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. By posting, you give us permission to use and share that content in connection with our business (for example, featuring your review on Instagram). We may remove anything that doesn't belong.

5. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

6. Things you can't do

Please don't use the Site to:

• Break any law
• Target or try to access information about minors
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing
• Pretend to be us or anyone else
• Interfere with how the Site works — bots, scrapers, viruses, or attacks on our servers

We can remove content, suspend access, or take legal action if we believe these Terms have been violated, or if something poses a risk to us or other visitors.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on our Site infringes your copyright, email kboufloral@gmail.com with: your contact info, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the material in question, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized.

9. No guarantees

The Site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing on it is legal, medical, or other professional advice.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent allowed by law, Bou-K Floral isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Site, and our total liability won't exceed what you paid us.

11. Delivery

All deliveries are hand-delivered personally — we don't use third-party couriers. Delivery windows are estimates; occasional delays (traffic, weather, an unreachable recipient) can push a delivery later than planned. We'll always do our best to keep you posted.

12. If something doesn't work out

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce a term right away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be handled in California state or federal courts.
