This policy covers https://bou-kfloral.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Bou-K Floral ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy. It doesn't cover information we might collect offline.
We may update this policy occasionally. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the Site before it takes effect.
1. Information we collect
Browsing the Site. We automatically collect basic technical info — IP address, browser/device type, and which pages you visit — to keep the Site running smoothly and to troubleshoot issues.
Placing an order or subscribing. To process your order or subscription, we collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number, and payment details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number ourselves.
Your account. If you create an account, we store your name and contact details so you can manage your subscription. You can update or delete your account anytime by emailing us.
Contact forms. If you reach out through our contact form, we keep what you send us so we can respond.
We keep this information only as long as we reasonably need it, generally for the length of any legal claim period tied to your order or account.
2. Delivery
Because every arrangement is hand-delivered personally, your delivery address is used only by Bou-K Floral to get your flowers to you. We don't pass it along to a third-party shipping or courier company.
3. Emails
We may send order confirmations, subscription reminders, and occasional updates about new offerings. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime using the link in the email or by contacting us — please allow up to 10 days for that to take effect. You can't opt out of essential account or order emails.
4. Cookies
We use cookies so the Site works properly — keeping your cart, remembering your preferences, and understanding how visitors use the Site (through tools like Google Analytics). You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Site may not work as well if you do.
5. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the business — Lovable (website), Stripe (payments)
- If required by law or a valid legal request
- If our business is sold or transferred (your info would transfer too)
- To protect our rights or the safety of our customers

7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure. If a data breach affecting your information ever happens, we'll notify you within 72 hours.
8. Children
Our services aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child's information ended up with us, email us and we'll remove it.
